Q: Who is this card concerning? Who is "being fair"?
A: A masculine energy- Water sign (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces in his chart) and/or someone who is very compassionate and loving. May also have Fire in his birth chart (Leo, Sag, Aries). And I'm even getting Gemini.
Q: What is he being fair about?
A: He's NOT interested in starting anything new with his ex (more than likely his baby's mom or ex wife- someone he had a long-term relationship with). He doesn't want to have casual sex with her or even flirt with her because 1. he respects her too much 2. he loves/cares about you & doesn't want to ruin the connection with you. He is NOT interested AT ALL in playing mind games with anyone because he knows how TOXIC mind games can be.

A: His partner is insecure about this connection and thinks that he is interested in other people. He's not! He just doesn't express the way he feels because he's been hurt in the past and he's scared to be vulnerable. HE REALLY WANTS TO WORK HARD FOR THIS RELATIONSHIP-- he just wont tell her.
